The Culinary Team at Celebrations goes live at the Washington Bridal Showcase; Sunday February 1st at the Dulles Expo Center.
The culinary staff at Celebrations Catering whipped up an extraordinary showing at the largest Bridal Showcase in the metro Washington DC area. Each hour our chefs demonstrated a different culinary tasting for the guests. The menu was Bruschetta with a Sun-dried Tomato Tapenade followed by Artichoke Spinach Bake, Penne Pasta de Roma drizzled with Basil and Roasted Red Pepper Purees and finally Strawberry Short-Crêpes with fresh whipped Cream and Blackberry Coulis.
Our event designers created the on-site kitchen. It had an industrial look and feel with commercial catering equipment as well as the real foodie touches such as potted fresh Herbs, giant Artichokes and antique copper pots. Our staff is able to take the show on the road whenever our clients need a great catered event at virtually any location.
